Ms. England is an experienced independent corporate director serving on company boards in the USA and Europe since 2010. She is a director on the board of TTM Technologies, Inc. and also served as a director for Smartrac Technology Group in Amsterdam, N.V., and a trustee on the board of the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum in Santa Fe, N.M. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Checkpoint Systems, Inc. where she chaired the Governance & Nominating Committee, and is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and Intelleflex Corp. Julie served on the advisory board of Rolland Safe Company.
She has provided leadership for a broad range of civic, cultural and community organizations, currently serving on the North Texas chapter board of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and on the Economic Leadership Council for Dallas Women’s Foundation. She is a member of International Women’s Forum.
Ms. England has global work experience – from Dallas, Texas, and Munich, Germany to projects in Shanghai, Tokyo and in the Philippines. Ms. England is a former Texas Instruments Inc. executive. She was Vice President and General Manager from 1998 to 2009 of a specialized Microprocessor business and the RFID business, after she served as Vice President of Quality for the Semiconductor Group ($7B business at the time). She served on the board of industry trade organizations in the electronics and RFID industries (AeA and AIM Global).
Ms. England has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and attended executive education programs at Stanford University and Harvard University.
